Change Leadership Workshop
Workshop BriefLeading change is a process that involves building a bridge between vision and action. Leaders often try to implement change without paying sufficient attention to strategic ways to lead change. In most situations, people do not readily accept change instead they often resist change. In this workshop, you will get to examine and test your own assumptions of leading change. You will also learn strategic ways to overcome resistance and to lead effective change.
Unique Learning Methodology
Change leadership will be taught through a combination of a problem-based approach and the use of a computer simulation. The computer simulation tool will simulate organisational change. You will have the opportunity to try out real life strategies for changing policies and practices in a simulated organisation system complete with administration; staff, and members of the organisation.
Target Audience
The workshop is for policy makers; heads of departments; managers; supervisors, and in general change leaders.
